Refunds & Returns Policy

At Brand VIP, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we are here to help. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully to understand your options.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 1 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@brandvip.me with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 12 hours of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will inspect it and provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

If you request a refund, we will refund the original amount only to the original payment method that was used to make the booking.

Refunds of payments are applicable only in the cases of:

  • Products are damaged
  • Products are not receivable

Once a refund is requested, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In case you wish to cancel an order placed before being shipped, a refund of 100% of the amount paid will be processed within 2-5 days.
